Most pathetic!!

I was waiting for a parcel to arrive with speed mail (25 April it was sent over night) of which I went to the post office and they said they can not help me without a slip or tracking number. I went to check everyday for a slip which was apparently issued and placed in my post box (have not got it till today), eventually I got hold of the person who sent the parcel for the tracking number. I went to the post office on friday the 3rd of May (I checked my box for a slip again before going there with the tracking number) they now could help me with very heavy feet as if they doing me a favour. I saw in their book that the parcel was infact booked in with them on the 26th of April. When I asked the question of why no one could help me as it was for my PO Box address in my name, I got a no interest reply. We paid over a R100 to send this parcel with over night services (AS IT WAS URGENT!) and only received it a week later!!! Who is to blame??? A tracking number is for in case of emergency and the item gets lost, not if it is sitting at the post office and the workers are to lazy to get the slip into my Post box!!!
