I ordered a men's bracelet from wicount for my husbands birthday. I ordered it like 2 months in advance because the deal said it takes 30 working days. I was quite worried when it was getting close to his birthday and it hadn't moved from the capemail post office! I emailed maxitrading asking if they could kindly assist me, and they were so nice and helpful to me. They couriered me another one the next day and said I must just ignore the stuck parcel when it arrives! When the courier parcel arrived it had an extra gift in it for my husband, so he had a great birthday with two gifts! Thank you maxi trading for the best birthday I could give him:) :) :)
