I have bought a new, fairly expensive Fossil watch at Arthur Kaplan about two and half months ago.
After a month, the button, that sets the watch, got stuck, and was not working like it should be. I returning it to the branch where it was bought, and the Manager decided that she would exchange it for me, as the watch was not damaged externally, no scratches, and no water damage. But then, they had no similar stock and wanted to take it in for repairs. I, however, felt that especially after such a short time, it was ridiculous to wait two months to wait for it to be repaired, as I barely have used it, and do not wear a watch every day. I normally use the clock on my cellular phone.
Obviously the branch has limitations on what they are allowed to do, so I decided to contact the head Office. After a call to the branch, they decided to exchange the watch for me, and had one ordered from another branch. A week later, and I had it in my hands.
Can one ask for something better? This only makes you believe in a dealer, and as such, you can count on my business in the future. I am sorry, but I forgot the name of the guy that assisted me from Head Office level, but thank you very much.
