We purchased a TV at the Game store in trade route mall now our TV has a
Small scratch and it is still under waranty we lost the slip but we contacted Game call centre and we spoke to someone at other game store advising us that they can track the payment and we can use that as our proof but thelady who assisted us at trade route was very unhelful we then contacted the call centre again I spoke to Rocco who told me I must get the store to phone them but they refused we phoned the call centre again and advised them the store refuses to cantact them then Lee-Roy put us on hold muy husband was so frustrated that
He eventully left the store. This is just bad service
