So this is the second time this has happened to me out of the three times I have had a package delivered though SAPO. I didn't receive a collection slip for a parcel that I had to collect. I ordered from an international seller. It shipped 2 August 2013. It arrived at the post office 3 Weeks later. Today Without a reference number I had to phone SA Customs to find out the reference number. I went to go collect it and to my surprise the parcel was sent pack to the sender because it wasn't collected. So my question is, HOW THE F@*# AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW ITS HERE WHEN YOU DONT SEND ME A COLLECTION SLIP!!! Like I said this is the second time this has happened. Its unacceptable! ITS PATHETIC!

I expect a phone call tomorrow...
