I have had so many bad experiences with the Sunny Ridge, Primrose Post Office, I am extremely disappointed in SA Post Office as I have used your company on a regular basis for important packages over the last few years but I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of service. I have encountered various problems over the last 24 months with this most recent one, quite frankly, being the most frustrating.
Your staff at this Post Office are rude and unhelpful.
I ordered a parcel from England which should have been at Sunny Ridge Post Office - the 25/11/2013. This parcel unfortunately does not have a tracking number, and no matter how you try and explain to the staff how important the package is they are just not interested in helping you. The "clipboard" with a parcel listing is lying in client's view, and all they have to do is go through this listing. Sunny Ridge Post Office is a very small Post Office, they do not have thousands of parcels.
To make matters worst, I was told if the parcel is there I must wait for a second collection slip as the driver sometimes throws the collection slips away.
