Acc paid in full & Game still took off the debit!!

I called head office on 0861 00 22 33 to find out my balance with interest as at that day. Spoke to Rocco Ext 3662. He gave me the settlement amount. I still called in again to ensure that details were correct - as people often err in giving out information. Spoke to another lady who confirmed the banking details etc. I specifically asked that my debit order DOES NOT come off. They assured me it wouldn't. So i settled R2838.76 in full and freed my account (I did not close it). I went into Game Gateway to make a purchase. Pathetic customer & instore service. Spoke to head office. They said my pmt did not reflect. Today, R141 came off my account. WHY??? I had paid the old balance off!!! They purchase I made over the weekend would not even be due now! Please help fix this. I have debit orders going off my account. Who will be responsible for the charges I incur???
