Paid account in full yet they still bill you

Good day, please be care-full doing business with Game. I had a account with them and asked for a settle amount to close my account. Game at Vaal mall gave me the amount and asked me to pay it in via ABSA bank, which I did on the 18th of April 2013, however they decided to keep my account running and only contacted me during June 2013, after explaining to the call centre lady that I paid my account in full and asked for the account to be closed SHE said, it is fine and I do not need to pay the (what or who no's) fees. Today however they phoned again demanding payment on some sort of fee, and still they did not close my account. Please people be alert when dealing with Game.
