I rang Makro on Monday 24 March to establish if they had stock of luggage sets on promotion ending that day. I spoke to Jacob in the relevant section, who confirmed they had the two colours I was looking for and that he will keep the two sets for me.
I was impressed when I arrived to meet Jacob. I found that he had the sets covered in plastic, packed in a trolley and pushed it for me to the cashiers. That was refreshing and I wish we had a few more people like him in the retail and services sector.
I would really like to thank him once more.
