Hidden Fees

I went to the Game store in Brooklyn Mall to settle my account on the 31/12/2013

I specifically asked the lady to give me the total outstanding balance so that I can pay off all my debt.

But still I received a statement with a balance due of R 53.34 for interest and a compulsory insurance fee.

For what reason am I charged this fee even though I paid the full balance?

No thank you Game - I am closing this account for sure.
