Here I am again complaining about game, well I paid my balance in full coz im tired of the service and the ridiculously high interest. I checked my statement before I went there and the balance owing was R3764.66 and when i got there i asked the cashier (she was very friendly and helpful Nonhlanhla), what's my balance and she told me the same amount of which I paid and then she directed me to the accounts helpdesk to close the account. When i got there, the lady was busy on the phone (personal call), i stood there for a while before she could attend to me, she then helped me while busy on the phone (personal call). Then she asked me to write and say im closing the acc and then she made a copy of the receipt and card, and then called H/O, where they told her i still owe R8, 99 and i need to produce my Id. I left the store coz i was getting late for work. Later i called the H/O and the lady that answered dismissed me and said i must call the number on the card. Isnt h/o there to attend to the customers needs? This whole process Im supposed to call in for a settlement amount is nonsense, whats the point of the statement? NB i must use my money for all of that, I also dnt get y i shud bring my ID to close
