I would like to lodge a complaint against Game for the past 11 moths they have been debiting my account 675.50 every mont. i dont have an account with game or owe them anything and I dont see a reason for this debit order. i have been trying to sort this out but its still not sorted. I have spoke to a lady name Vanessa in the Cape town head office she has confirmed that I dont have an account with them so I dont unders tand what is going on. I forwarded her my bank statement but she has still not been able to assist can someone please assist me with this and make sure that I am refunded my money and this debit order is cancelled.
It is very disappointing that a store like game can take money form a loyal cash custmer for so many months and not be willing to look into the matter.
