AFTER SETTLEMENT STORIES

I have settled my account in full and three days after settlement i noticed that African Bank debited my bank account and i called your call centre and the ;lady i spoke to said it is fine i can go and reverse the debit order at the bank since i do not owe any balances. the following week African bank refunded the money and i did not request any refund and the money was debited by my other debit orders, to my surprise no body contact me, i only received a threatening SMS saying that my account is not settled in full on enquiry i found out that a refund was done. The Consumer Advocate's Office does not exist. All extensions goes to voice mail. How can you consultant assure me that it is fine to reverse the debit order only to find out at a later stage after damage has been done that refunds are done by the system automatically. Why only two debit order were refunded not three is that is the case right now i have received a threatening letter from your lawyers (SSD & Associates) i owe you R9435.

What game are you playing. Right now you are going to add interest and make sure that the R1800 will incur serious interest to be unable to pay
