ONE YEAR GUARANTEE ON BED NOT HONORED

We bought a mattress in July 2012 and called the sales person 2 days later to complain that the mattress was too hard. He convinced us to give it a good chance as it will soften over time and he reminded us that we have a 1 year guarantee. Time passed and we only realized recently that our constant back aches may be as a result of this hard mattress. When we called the supplier, initially they told us it will be no problem to exchange the mattress as it still falls within the guarantee period. After numerous phone calls unanswered and unreturned, finally they sent out a inspector from Bravo Group Sleep Products. Of course he had to find fault and he advised that the base of our bed is not appropriate. Little did he know the base is new and his argument totally invalid. We feel cheated and treated unfairly, the 1 year guarantee is false advertising.
