Slumberland Baroque base and mattress set

Bought a base and mattress set at Russels Carletonville during February 2013. At the beginning of October 2013 the storage department of the base broke. I phoned the branch as this base and mattress is still on hp and under guarantee. After heated discussion with their stock clerk who at first told me that she could not help me and then later said that she has 21 days to rectify this, she sent a base to my house. When unpacking the plastic from the base I discovered that there was no hole for the feet to fit in at the top left side of the base, again I phoned her, she could not believe this. After I took my car and drove to Carletonville which is 20km away from where I stay, they sent me a Sealy base set to borrow - they would phone the Slumberland supplier on Monday to sort it out. Needless to say, after 21 days, and a confirmation sms from Slumberland to exchange my base and mattress more than two weeks ago, I still did not receive my base and mattress. On Saturday, 26 October 2013 they delivered a base and mattress at my home. The sides of the base and the mattress was all teared off (the material) and the plastic around the mattress was full of mouse droppings
