On 20 October 2013, we went to Dial-a-Bed Willowbrige to browse for a new bed. Salesman, Jay assisted us. He spoke to us as if he was reading off a piece of paper - extremely irritating! Jay told us he would through in a free mattress protector if we bought the King Koil (off the floor) which was on 'special', so we did. 24 October our bed arrived - no mattress protector, stains on the base & worst of all, base squeaking! We went back to Dial-a-Bed, the manager said the bed was marked down, not because it was on 'special', but because it was damaged & had water stains on. We asked for a new base & were told the supplier takes 3 weeks. Exactly 3 weeks later, no base. Jay argued - they never said it would take 3 weeks, they said it would take 3-5 weeks & continued to argue. We asked again about the mattress protector & were told that they will never give a free mattress protector as it's against their policy. We told Jay to keep the base & mattress protector. No word from anyone since. Their service is PATHETIC, staff are incompetent, only want to make a sale! They lie, argue with the customer. An apology is simply not good enough! Will never do business with them again
