My fiance and I purchased a bed on 09/02. We live a 2minute drive from the bed shop and we were charged R200 for delivery on 10/02. The mattress and base was tied with rope on the roof of a car. The mattress was damaged and the driver did not wait for the issue to be resolved. He took his money, did not provide a delivery invoice and left.
When I called the bed shop, the guy said a new mattress would be sent on 11/02 to replace the torn/damaged mattress. I called 6 times and the mattress has not been delivered and it is now 19:45.
I will never reccommend the bed shop to anyone, the service is terrible. I've paids thousands and I have a bed which I cannot use.
