I purchased this new base and mattress from Brixton Furnishers in March 2012. I have had endless problems with this lousy serta bed. I cannot believe that one could have such problems, with a new bed. My wife and I are currently sharing beds with our kids, as this pathetic serta bed is so uncomfortable. We have already had this hopeless bed replaced three times, and every time we have the same problem. I do not want serta to replace this bed again, I would like a refund as I am not happy with this pathetic product. I would like to purchase a decent base and mattress from another more reliable supplier. I would never ever recommend a serta base and mattress to anyone.
