In Oct 2012 our bed were sagging badly, hurting our backs every night, but being within 5 year guarantee, we contacted The Bed Shop, Cresta. Cheryl (Store Manager) was quick to do an inspection & confirmed with the factory that they will replace the mattress in a week. Only problem was that our mattress was no longer produced, but we would receive a similar mattress in a week. 2 months later the mattress was exchanged. After 1 night the new mattress sagged, Cheryl referred us to the regional manager, Vaughn, who 3 months later (Feb '13), after I picked him up at the store, agreed to replace the mattress, calling it a dud. The dud mattress was replaced 3 months later, not 1 week as promised. 1st night the mattress sagged, that led Vaughn to conclude that the base is faulty. 2 months later base exchanged, with no effect on sagging mattress, Errol (new store manager) reported back that the bed was not sagging, but settling. Giving up we agreed to upgrade the last mattress and base less 25% of the value. After paying in R4500, we still did not receive our new mattress within the promised week. The owner Louis was apparently was unsuccessfully trying to find one today... Back aches...
