I would like to start off by saying that i am highly disgusted with the pick n pay in Kimberley, while i was waiting for the bus to arrive i thought that i could just pop in at the pick n pay nearby to get me something to eat, i then sent someone and when he got back i was just boarding the bus.he had told me how rude the staff of pick n pay was to him, i then opened my pie that was bought from them and it was terrible, it was cold, hard and dry..it is not the first time i come across something like this but thought that i must share this, i complained to the store several times and feel that they have lost a customer because of bad service and bad food.they have definitely lost a customer.
