I purchased a double bed from Best Beds in 2010 had the bed for one year when the base started giving problems on complaining I was given a new base, after that we started getting problems with the mattress and they kept telling me that they will come back to me this carried for 3mths until now they have done nothing so we decided to return the bed ourselves now they tell me they are only going to replace the mattress. The problem now is the base is made for a lighter mattress and not the heavy one they are replacing it with. The base only has 4 legs instead of six, plus they want me to pay in R3000.00 of which I find extremely unfair. Please note that there is a 25year warranty on this bed. Please advise me as to what to do
