We bought a bed in October 2012. When the base of the bed was squeaking, they exchanged the base swiftly and without any reservations. In January I developed a problem with my back and approached them with my situation. With a great attitude of concern and helpfulness they exchanged the bed for an upgraded, better model and allowed us to just pay in the difference. All their staff are always extremely polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. It has been a long time since I have seen such exceptional customer service. Thank you, Greg's Beds.
