I purchased a set of bunkbeds from Greg's on Tuesday 5 Feb and was promised delivery in writing by 10 o'clock on Friday morning. At 16:20 on Thursday I get an apathetic call from them to inform me that they have hit a "snag" as the beds have to come from Knysna! This is utter nonsense. The sales person would have been notified at time of order that they come from Knysna and therefore there would be a delay. He could then have called me to make an alternate arrangement immediately. Instead I have now put in for leave to be there when the beds arrive all to sit on my thumbs! The attitude of "oh well this is just how it is" does not fly with me. - They have my money and all I get is a half hearted "sorry".
You can bank on me never dealing with them again after this. And so help them if ANYTHING is wrong with the beds IF they eventually arrive...
