I Purchased a bed last year July which started squeaking around September, i called Greg's beds and they advised someone will call me and setup an appointment to come and look at it. After 3 weeks and numerous calls they eventually came through and replaced it. Now (a year later) it is doing the exact same thing! i called Cornay more than 2 weeks ago and a lady from another company called me on Monday and advised they have nothing to do with the bed i bought. I advised Cornay who said he will get back to me i'm still waiting. The quality for the price i paid is pathetic, will i have to call you every year for the same thing. You guys are so helpful when its time to buy a bed but when there's an issue with your product we have to beg for service?
