Thank you to Management and staff of Designer Bed Boksburg (BedWorld) for the incredible service received. 2 years after purchasing a base and mattress from this company, the base developed a fault. This was brought to the attention of management (on a Sunday morning)! The base was immediately exchanged for a new one - the new one being delivered the same day (Sunday). This kind of service is unheard of.
