Ought a top of the range SIMMONDS mattress from Gregs beds fourways for R12000, 6 months later called them to complain that the mattress was sagging on the right hand side, the side where my 50kg wife sleeps. they sent the SIMMONDS rep out and he just blamed the 15000 bed base, says the base has slats and is not solid, when we purchased the mattress we specifically asked about the bed base and was told slats were perfect
I feel they are just passing the buck here, if we had of had a solid base they would have told us slats were they way to go, they then told us that it would cost R3000 to repair the mattress.
SIMMONDS IS A RIP OFF! NEVER BUY A SIMMONDS MATTRESS!
