Shocking Service from Gregs Beds - Springfield

After extensive shopping for two beds, we decided to purchase our beds from Greg's Beds in Springfield on the 03 November 2012. We paid by card and received the beds the same day.
A week later I contacted Nishan and advised him that the one bed was noisy (springs). Two or three days later no response, I called back and asked for a refund, he then advised that we could come in to choose another bed to the same value. We get to the store and were told that there was no stock and the factory was in the process of shutdown and we would have to wait until 2013. I then requested my full refund. as I was not happy with this response. Eventually Nishan tells me that he is sorry and will arrange a new bed and deliver within the week. We called a week later and complained of the second bed - Nishan tells me that there was a problem with that batch of beds and we would need to wait until a rep from Sealy comes out in 2013. I then called Greg and requested a full refund as we are not happy with their after sales service. Greg arrogantly asked me to talk to him "face to face". (???) I called Greg a few times again with no answer or feedback from him. Why sell us the beds in the first place
