Passing of Refurbished Bed as a NEW Bed

I purchased a new double EDBLO bed on 26 Feb 2012 for my son. In Less than a year mattress fell apart at the springs. I contacted Greg's beds beginning of 2013, I was referred to Factory directly for a replacement bed, and I was given run around for several months with no assistance from Greg's beds or factory. After dozens of calls and emails I received a replacement EDBLO bed in June 2013.By November 2013 the mattress again fell apart at the springs, my child could not sleep on mattress with springs sticking out all over the mattress. An agent was sent to inspect the bed and confirms that mattress was completely damaged, with springs sticking out of mattress.

I contacted Gregs beds, who wants me to pay R1200 to replace the so-called New replacement EDBLO mattress, which is not even 5-months old.

Either EDBLO is producing completely inferior beds or my bed was replaced with a refurbished bed. Gregs store is ripping me off, by asking me to pay for a bed which is less than 5-months old.

I purchased beds before and have never had such bad after sales service and inferior product sold to me.
I want a Gregs beds to provide me with a BRAND NEW BED, which I am entitled too
