NO FEEDBACK- NO RESPONSE- NO SERVICE!!!

I put in a complaint against Dail-a-bed and Simmons, for a Simmons bed that i bought in 2005. The bed has a 3 year warranty and 15 year service guarantee. Well 7 years later, the coils in mattress "collapsed" and only now, i found out that the so called 15 YEARS GUARANTEE means nothing!!! I paid R10000 for this "top of the range" Simmons Saphire in 2005, and now 7 years later, i must pay R7000 to have it repaired under ther "15 YEAR SERVICE GAURANTEE"??? I received one phone call from Dail-a-Bed, confirming that they did received my complain, that was on 12 February 2013. I contact them on the 15th, 18th and 19th, and still they where waiting for responce from a manager. I am realy sick and tired of this sort of service we as cuistomers must get and be happy with...
