Let me explain... we bought a simmons bed and matrass in 2006, the bed coils collapsed in 2007. So the matrass was replaced because of this bad quality product. Now in 2012 we are on our 3rd matrass that have the same problems as all the other.
When we contacted simmons we were (2 months later) they said they will repair the matrass and that it will cost us over R10 000 .00. THEY ARE NUTS! What happened to the warranty and guarantee?
We got a quote on a new simmons matrass from another company, their price was R8000.00 for a bed and matrass. So HQ does not only not honor their warrenty but also want to make money from this..!
!!! SIMMONS GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING!!!
For your own sake, dont buy their beds. it will not last long and they will not honor their guarantee
