Bought a King Size Extra Length Simmons BackCare Mattress and within months depressions rendered mattress unusable. I weigh 84kg at 1.89m tall and still the mattress has depressions which don't recover despite regular rotation - I took to sleeping in spare rooms on Serta and Sealy mattresses (both excellent) but the depressions remain. Simmons customer care sent an inspector and claimed that it was normal (and, ludicrously, a hallmark of quality). The conclusion then is that unless you like sleeping in gentle u-shaped trough and relish the associated back pain, buy a different brand of mattress.
