Bought a Simmons Saphire queen size (then top of the range) in 2005. The coils system on mattress is now defective. Report it to SImmons, they send out inspector to have a look and he also confirmed that the mattress is defective and that he will send report to the warranty department so they will get the mattress sorted out. I now just received an email from Simmons with an attached quote, where they want to charge me R6800 for the "warranty" repair. This mattress carries a 15 year service warranty, and i feel that they should repair this free of any charge...
