VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!

I bought a SEALY bed from Eric Barnard in Pretoria in March 2013 and the cost of the bed was R7200. It came with a 10 year warranty, 1 year Guarantee and 9 years warranty. After 7 months the mattress is broken!!! When the assessor came to the damage i only noticed then that there are 2 little water stains on the mattress.

When we called SEALY they said we had to pay R1300 to get a new mattress but we argued that it was under guarantee, as far as I am aware "under guarantee" means replace. Then they called us back and said we didnt have to pay anything and that we could keep the old mattress and they would deliver a new mattress.

We heard nothing from them to confirm delivery for 3 days. We then called them back and the lady Christine said she would call us back and she never did. We then called again this morning and now we have been told that we have to pay a recovery fee of R1092 to clean the 2 small stains on it. Now as far as I am concerned this is a ridiculous amount to clean 2 small stains and why are they saying they now want the old mattress back they said we can keep!!!

We still don't have our mattress and we are still sleeping on the broken one R7200 rubbish
