COMPLAINT TO DAIL-A-BED AND SIMMONS 1 YEAR LATER

SIMMONS MATTRESS bought from DIAL-A-BED Bloemfontein, advised us to buy a 120kg mattress and it should have been 150kg mattress. They fully know all the detail and me and my husband was at their shop, and a year ago I reported that mattress is faulty, the springs are not secure on one side and my husband is complaining about the springs. I Locked COMPLAINT NR 151277 and received an email on 23May2013 from the callcentre nr 086 1300 152 . Not Dail-a-Bed or Simmons is willing to switch the mattress for a 150 kg it was their responsibility to ensure that the client get the product that matches their need and weight, and they didn't even made any effort to help us as we are clients from 2006. We are very unhappy about the way they treat us, as this complaint is running for a year now, we live 280 km from Bloemfontein, Not DAIL-A-BED or SIMMONS made any effort what so ever to try to switch the mattress, and give the service they Pledged to do, It is more than 1 year ago. It is a matter of Client pay for wrong advice given by store.
