THE WORST Customer experience I have ever had

2 months ago we started our mission to select and purchase a new bed. We visited a few shops and the bed we selected the Simmons Legacy. We were also told that it is fully imported. Their is also a locally assembled Legacy which is called the Simmons Beautyrest Crescendo. Simmons delivered the incorrect bed. They delivered the locally assembled bed which is a lot harder.By this time we knew that there were two beds. Simmons promised that they will find the right mattress for me. During the next 3 weeks I had to phone Simmons on several occasions. They then delivered another bed that was exactly the same as the bed in our house. I sent the delivery guys away and kept both so I can have collateral for the bad service. I was called a and a charge of was laid against me at the SAPS. Simmons is committing by having an imported mattress on retailers floor and then supplying another mattress. We have found more than 3x retailers that have the imported legacy on their floors but they can't deliver. I have tried speaking to the managing director and senior people at Simmons (Iqbal, Ahmed) and the very poor Liz and all they can do is deny. Poor and potentially criminal.
