Woolworth Online Shopping is the WORST

I ordered a heart shaped tin of Lindt milk chocolate and some Cerise pink roses to be delivered to my girlfriends work in the morning of valentines day, knowing she would be out of office that afternoon.

The morning of the delivery I get an email saying that they don't have stock on either of the items they ordered and thus they have replaced them 2 different items of less value. Giving no indication that I would get any money back

At 1pm my delivery had not been made and after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone an operator finally tells me that the package will be delivered at 3 only.By this time my girlfriend had left the office. So I tell the operator its too late and to get the driver to deliver the goods to my house and I will make the delivery myself!

About 1 hour later i get a call from Woolworths saying my goods have now been delivered at the offices and that if I want then the driver can go pick up the items and deliver it to my house (as organised) but that they cannot guarantee delivery on that day. This is the WORST service ever. It might just be a once off mishap, but Woolworths have done nothing to rectify the situation and just kept blaming the courier company.
