Woolworths vs Pick 'n Pay

As my due date is fast approaching I decided to take the plunge and order my groceries online with both Woolworths and Pick 'n Pay. To my amazement Woolworths did not charge for the first delivery, they were two hours early and the goods were packed neatly in containers. Their service even extended to the delivery men who were friendly and assisted me in unpacking and crossing off all items on a list.
Pick 'n Pay on the other hand, charged me for the first delivery and arrived four hours late at 20h05, and I was not at home. They then delivered the goods on Monday at a more suitable time but the first container had a 2l coke that had leaked on the delivery letter and damaged the goods inside. The second container also contained liquid that had damaged the goods inside. The order was promptly sent back and I placed a second order with Woolworths; again amazing service!
Pick 'n Pay delivered the same order for a third time and the cream was past its sell by date, all the frozen goods were damaged, the order was sent back and I am still waiting to hear their verdict!
