On Christmas day I ordered a whole lot of clothing to be delivered, as the store close to me never had the sizes I needed. I made delivery for Monday 30/12, they never arrived, so I called and they said they would deliver on Tuesday! Tuesday came and they never arrived AGAIN! I called again and they made an excuse about items being out of stock. They said they would deliver on Wednesday. After explaining that I am away Wednesday and Thursday they said they would schedule it for Friday. Friday comes and I STILL have not got my delivery. I got an email saying the items have been processed please can I tell them what is missing. I then get a call asking if they can deliver tomorrow. It has been a week and a half and NO ONE has bothered to even apologise for the bad service!!! My account has been debited with these goods, but I don't even have them!!!
