On the 18th of December 2013, we placed an order online for 3 items to be delivered on 23 December 2013 for my daughter's birthday. To my disappoinment the delivery was not made on the 23rd and I had to apologise to my daughter who's birthday turned into a sad day because the gifts she expected never came. How can Woolworths do this to me? On the 4th of December my other daughter's gift was almost not delivered if I had not insisted on talking to the Manager. Woolworths promised that the first mishap would not happen again but it did. I could not get through to the call center when I called on the 23rd. I held my phone for over 25 minutes and then when someone finally answered the call was cut. To date the odrder has not been delivered. I will never use the Woolworths online service again. I rather use the Dischem online service. I think Dischem has improved
