I gave in my Samsung LED on the 17.01.2013
After it took the munitioned store 5 days to have my TV collected by the repair centre the manager Don is a typical man who says he will call you but never does unless I call fist.
Furthermore I got a cal yesterday from Nishi saying that due to the model I purchased no longer being sold & for waiting so long for resolve, I was to receive a far better model Samsun that would be also more in value then the one I purchased before. all she had to do was get it in from another store I must fetch it after 13h00
Today 14.02 I get a call from them again saying that in actual fact I can no longer get this model but must come & pick one from their floor. Are you kidding me???
I could have bough my TV from the flea market I would have had expectation from them then to buy from respectable retailer and be treated like this.
To date no TV, no replacement & no calls to resolve this from
