Morning,
I received delivery of an online shopping order on Monday 1 April. Not all items were delivered. I phoned the call centre to report that certain items were missing and that the driver also left grocery transport containers behind. The call centre took down all items that were not delivered and promised a re-delivery would be booked.
To date I have not been contacted at all regarding the missing items that PicknPay charged me for.
I spent a substantial amount of money online and I expected better service than this.
Please urgently see to it that my missing items are delivered.
