I would like to complain about the service received from Pick 'n Pay or lack thereof. My order was supposed to be delivered on 17th January between 15:00 and 16:00; I only received a phone call at 20:05 to state that the driver was at my gate. This is unacceptable; why must I call Pick 'n Pay to find out where the driver is, why he is late, what the hold up is?
On the same day that I placed an order with Pick 'n Pay I also placed an order with Woolworths; firstly Woolworths does not charge a delivery fee, secondly they were able to deliver the next day, thirdly they called to confirm my order in the morning and what substitutes I would like and lastly they arrived two hours early!
I am still waiting for my order or confirmation of delivery. The items ordered are of vital importance as I am pregnant and my due date is this weekend, now I must go shopping in my state due to Pick 'n Pay's incompetence! If I am paying a delivery fee why can they not get organised and provide some customer care?
