Valentines delivery gone wrong!

I am absolutely furious! I ordered an assortment of products from Woolworths online to make up my own Valentines hamper for my boyfriend. After paying for the goods, I was told that everything that I ordered was out of stock, so I preceded to spend 40 minutes on hold trying to speak to a consultant. After speaking to 4 different people, I was told that nothing could be done until this morning when they would collect the goods, only then would I know if my gift would be delivered. On the order I clearly stated that it was a gift, I was aware that food items don't get wrapped up, but as I ordered products off the valentines catalogue, and it was being delivered on valentines day, each time I specifically asked for it to be wrapped. This morning I phoned twice to find out if it was ok, and that a little card would be sent with my message. I was told that it would be delivered in a gift box!
I am extremely embarrassed to hear that my gift was delivered to the corporate company where my significant other works, in none other than plastic bags! He received the invoice for his own gift! I never once agreed to this! On my order from I even selected a box instead of packets!! Unacceptable!!
