I had exactly the same experience as jasonwas (violation of consumer protection act and waste of time) My order was also to be delivered on Sat 21 Dec 2013 between 8h00 and 11h00. Stayed at home the whole day expecting the delivery and then advised later in the afternoon that my order had been delayed, Out of the 8 items ordered they confirmed that they would be delivering 4 items (all replacement items - and all more expensive -which I had not agreed to!!) A total waste of my time - placing the order in the first place and then waiting for a delivery which did not materialize. I want to add that most of the shoes I ordered, and the sizes I ordered are currently in stock at my local Woolworths store. VERY POOR service indeed WOOLWORTHS.
