TV not working prop form start bad service

I bought a 51 3D Samsung smart TV from Dion wire Galleria cash and went back after 1 week as I couldnt get my other samsung devices link up with it. Sales people had no clue on how to demostrate or operate the functions. Spoke to 2 that week in store. Went back again asking what progress was and were told salesman no longer there. Another salesman took my samsung tablet and try to to show how to operate it... then with excuse its because they have not got the same model on the floor why it doesnt work! I had to leave had clients waiting at my office... went back again, now another tried and advised that the Tv must be faulty as tablet work in the stor on other tv. I asked to get contacted by Samsung or management. Wait for 2 weeks nothing. Went back again now I was given different options to contact Samsung or go to samsung direct. I did go to Samsung store in gateway to get advise and they told me its Dion Wire problem and they need to sort it out but assure me that it is a faulty tv that I received from the store when i explained again of all the functions not working. After numerous visits to Galleria branch over yr now, phone calls, frustrations I am going to consumer board.
