We bought Samsung 7 series at Dion Wired in Rustenburg a few months ago. We noticed that the TV goes on and off while you are watching. i went to the store and spoke to the manager Ryan who asked me to bring the TV in for inspection.
Yesterday we took it back and the service was pathetic... Ryan was not commiting to anything as a manager and did not give a service as a manager. Upon our return to the store he asked if the other sales person had not contacted us... like he did not care... excuse me but you are the manager... We have paid R695 to DTSV and we have nothing to watch. We enquired about a possibility of loaning even a small set just to watch... this is not our problem that the TV is faulty. We paid R24 000 for that TV..that is nor peanuts. We were then told that they had the TV on and it it did not go off and it is now kept at the store for them to see what the complaint is true and then to advise.
Pathetic...
