Never trust samsung's promotions

Last year I bought a samsung 46" series 7 t.v. With the t.v came a 7" samsung tablet. I had the t.v for about a week then I a dead LED appear on the screen. Last week I locked a call with samsung so we can have the problem resolved. On friday the technician phoned me and advised that I have to take the T.V back as there are a parts delay and the store (Deon Wired Bedforview) advised me that they will pass a credit and then I can buy a different product. Then they said they cannot pass the credit as there are a samsung tablet on the slip (with no charge) as it was a free item. They then exchange my t.v with a new one after giving me a voucher of R19000, when I paid for the new t.v, they charged me the old price and not the new price of R15000. This is clearly day light. After this experience I will be getting rid of all my samsung devices and rather by LG as they do not expect you to return a free gift. This really bad service from a big name like samsung. I will also not promote samsung for whatever reason. If this is how they treat their customer that pay allot of money for a product a rather by cheap brand and get excellent service.
