Since the beginning of Dec 2013 OK Furniture advertised a Russell Hobbs Vacuum Cleaner on special in 3 following brochures. I went to the store in Humansdorp/Jeffreysbay as soon as the brochure was released early December, but they told me they had no stock. On 7 Jan 2014 the second brochure came out. On 9 Jan 2014 I went to OK Furniture in Humansdorp/Jeffreysbay and again they did not have any stock. And they said the branch in PE did not have any stock either. Stefanie was very friendly and said she would order me one. But by the time the sale ended, they still had no stock. So today I received a new brochure with the same vacuum cleaner on special from tomorrow, 28 January 2014. I wnet to the stores again today just to find out that again neither Jeffreysbay, Humansdorp or PE have any stock. But Stefanie again said she will try to order. According to the consumer act, if a store advertise something, they must carry reasonable stock. Yet, none of these stores have any stock of this item. When can I expect the vacuum cleaner to arrive?
