I handed my (Ice-Forever White Big) Ice-Watch into the gateway kiosk/store just before Christmas 2012 for repairs. Unfortunately, the person who served me, who was apparently new, did not give me a receipt, but gave me the managers name and number to contact for collection when it was ready.
I have been back to the store twice looking for it, and both times was told it was not ready yet, nor could they find it. However, I was told to come back either today or tomorrow to either collect my watch, or a suitable replacement as I was told that: since it was not my fault, it would be replaced.
I went in today, and the kiosk had been closed and in fact no one knew anything more about it.
I have tried to contact the store owner and only get his voicemail. I have also tried to contact his "head office" and gotten no luck there either.
What the is going on here? Who closes up shop like this without returning a customers (already paid for) goods?!
