I sent my watch in for repair.16 February. The Watch was repaired by the supplier on 22 February. I was only contacted on the 25 February because it was sent to the wrong store and that they now have my watch at the East gate store and is ready for collection. When i arrive there on 2 March to collect my watch to find out it is not my watch? The sale person would not give the store manger number either? great service you offer.
